Our History
West Acre Lodge is a private retreat within the scenic grounds of the North York Moors National Park. Once a 19th-century dairy
farm, our beautifully renovated venue offers a unique, rural retreat to the peaceful countryside. West Acre Lodge’s exclusive-use grounds are loved and open to shooting parties, special celebrations, corporate residentials and wedding receptions.

We are part of the Provenance Collection, a group of homely inns, luxurious hotels and boutique lodges across North Yorkshire. We carry a strong ethos of authenticity, creating unique, happy experiences for all our guests. Ensuring only the best, we produce the finest seasonal produce from our kitchen garden, Mount St. John.

Exclusive Use Lodges
West Acre Lodge is close to idyllic villages and towns whilst offering complete tranquillity within the stunning Yorkshire countryside. As an exclusive-use venue, we can provide all the extra touches, including private catering and local guides for any occasion.
West Acre Lodge can accommodate up to 22 guests across our luxury suites and offers a free, spacious parking site for those travelling afar. The main building includes an elegant relax area and an adjacent dining room to sit, laugh and reconnect.

We are constantly striving to develop our green credentials at West Acre Lodge. We keep our food miles low with locally sourced suppliers and a kitchen garden that thrives throughout the seasons. Located next to a national park, we are mindful of our carbon footprint and its impact on the outstanding natural landscape that sits on our doorstep.
We power West Acre Lodge with renewable biomass fuel, which returns what it takes from the environment. Ensuring the land remains an image of pure natural beauty.
